高压对水稻种子细胞膜透性和淀粉酶活性的影响

摘    要:    以粳稻品种秋光为材料,利用不同压力处理不同浸种时间的水稻种子,研究了处理后水稻种子细胞膜透性和萌发过程中淀粉酶活性的变化,并分析了它们与发芽势和发芽率的相关性.结果表明:高压处理后,种子发芽势和发芽率随处理压力的升高而降低,种子细胞膜透性随处理压力的增大而增加,且不同浸种时间之间也存在显著性差异;种子在萌发过程中α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性随处理压力的增加而显著降低;高压处理后种子的发芽势和发芽率与细胞膜透性的增加百分率呈显著负相关,而与α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性均存在极显著的正相关,表明高压处理使种子的发芽势和发芽率降低与细胞膜透性的增加及淀粉酶活性降低有关.

Abstract:Using the rice seed of Qiu Guang as material, the effects of high pressure on cell membrane permeability and activity of amylase were studied after treating with different pressure on rice seeds with different soaking time, and the relationships between germination power, germination rate and relative conductivity, activity of amylase were analyzed, The results showed that, both germination power and germination rate decreased with pressure increasing, while the cell membrane permeability of seeds increased with pressure increasing, and there were significant differences among the different soaking time; the activity of a-amylase and B-amylase of germinating seeds decreased significantly after treated with high pressure; there was a negative correlation between germination power, germination rate and the increase percentage of relative conductivity, while the correlation was positive obviously between germination power, germination rate and the activity of amylase. The above results indicated that there were relationships among the decrease of germination power and germination rate and the increase of relative conductivity, the decrease of activity of amylase after treated with high pressure.
