摘    要:以甜茶叶为原料提取黄酮,黄酮经水解、溶剂萃取、柱层析等手段,得到高纯度甙元;经熔点、TLC、液相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振法等分析手段进行结构表征,证实甜茶含有黄酮甙,其甙元为槲皮素和山奈酚。

Abstract:Flavone was extracted from Rubus suavissimus .Flavone aglycones was abtained from hydrolyzation and purifed by solvent extraction,column chromato-gramphy and identified by Molting-Point,TLC,HPLC,NMR.The results identified for the first time that the flavone aglycones are kaempferol and quercitin.
