| 摘 要： | 当前,大力开发利用可再生能源资源,减少化石能源消耗,保护生态环境,减缓全球气候变暖,共同推进人类社会可持续发展,已成为世界各国的共识。节能减排是我国政府应对挑战,贯彻落实科学发展观,指导国民经济社会持续健康发展的重大战略部署。本文针对农业大国的基本国情,认真分析了农村能源的消费现状和需求趋势,论述了农村新能源建设对推进农村节能减排的重要作用,及其对实现农村经济可持续发展的必要性和可行性。进而又针对农村新能源建设现状和问题,提出了加快农村新能源建设的对策和措施。
