96份糜子种质的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:以96份糜子种质资源为试材,对其9个农艺性状的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:糜子种质资源遗传变异丰富,其中,主茎粗变异系数最大(35.54%) ,其次是单株粒重(26.36%)和单株穗重(25.15%);除主茎节数外,其他农艺性状的遗传多样性指数均>0.8。基于农艺性状的聚类分析和主成分分析结果显示,96份糜子种质分为4大组群;主要农艺性状可归纳为株高、主穗长、单株粒重、单株穗重、千粒重5个主成分,累计贡献率为89.417%。该结果可为糜子育种时选配亲本提供参考依据。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 96 proso millet germplasm resources about 9 agronomic trocits were analyzed. The results showed that there was wide genetic variation of proso millet , the main stem diameter variation coefficient was maximum ( 35.54%), the grain weight of per plant and panicle weight were followed, the variation coefficient of them respectively were 26.36% and 25.15%. The index of genetic diversity of the agronomic traits were more than 0.8 except node number. Based on cluster analysis of agronomic traits and principal components analysis indicated , 96 proso millet germplasms were divided into 4 groups. The main agronomic traits could be summarized as 5 principal components, such as the plant height, panicle leghth, grain weight per plant, panicle weight and 1000 -grain weight, the cumulate contribution rate was 89.417%. The results could provide references for selecting parental in millet breeding .
