9个夏秋季温室番茄品种的黄化曲叶病毒病抗性评价

为了探索番茄品种对黄化曲叶病毒病（ TYLCVD）的抗病性及其抗性的稳定程度，2012～2013年连续2 a在TYLCVD发生区，对唐山地区常用和新引进的9个番茄品种进行了TYLCVD抗性比较试验。结果表明：9个番茄品种的TYLCVD抗性差异显著，但无免疫品种，也无高感品种，其中，抗性较好的品种有惠裕、齐大力、新和谐和精棚105，2 a中最高病情指数分别为0.80％、1.25％、5.75％和11.75％；感病品种有萨顿、坚强三号、金贝儿一号和发乐 A155，2 a 中最高病情指数分别为20.80％、41.17％、41.00％和23.50％。研究结果还显示，同一品种2013年较2012年发病严重，发病率和病情指数均增加，其中，惠裕和齐大力病情指数增加幅度较小，分别增加了0.47％和0.58％，为抗性强且抗性稳定品种；金贝儿、萨顿和发乐A155病情指数增加较多，增加幅度为19.67％～33.83％，为感病或抗性不稳定品种。在引进、种植番茄品种时要谨慎筛选，尽量推广抗性持久、稳定的优良品种。

Resistance Evaluation of 9 Tomato Varieties against Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus Disease in Greenhouse on Summer and Autumn

In order to explore the resistance and stability of tomato varieties against tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease （ TYLCVD） , 9 tomato varieties of introduced and commonly used were tested for resistant comparison to TYLCVD in Tangshan areas during 2012 -2013.The results showed that the difference of 9 tomato varieties on resistance to TYLCVD was significant, there were no immune and highly susceptible varieties.Among them, Huiyu, Qidali, Xinhexie and Jingpeng105 with higher resistance, the highest disease index of them were 0.80%, 1.25%, 5.75% and 11.75%, respectively, in the two years.The susceptible varieties were Sadun, Jianqiang No.3, Jinbeier No.1 and FaleA155, the highest disease index were 20.80%, 41.17%, 41.00%and 23.50%, respectively.Results also showed that the incidence of disease of same variety was more serious in 2013 than in 2012 , incidence and disease index were all increased , the disease index of Huiyu and Qidali were increased by 0.47% and 0.58%, the varieties with high and stable resistance, and the disease index of Jinbeier No.1, Sadun, FaleA155 were increased by 19.67%-33.83%, they were susceptible or unstable resistance varieties.So we should be careful screening when introducing or planting tomato varieties to promotion lasting and stable resistance varieties as far as possible.
