摘    要:以转基因抗虫棉新棉33B和杂交抗虫棉农大棉6号为试验材料,研究了翻耕、旋耕和铁茬3种耕作方式对棉花主茎功能叶衰老生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同耕作方式棉花主茎功能叶的可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量顺序均为翻耕〉旋耕〉铁茬,MDA含量J惯序为翻耕〈旋耕〈铁茬。翻耕处理的叶片衰老程度最轻,有效延缓了棉花衰老,是棉花栽培管理中适宜的耕作方式。

Effects of Different Tillage Treatments on the Senescence Physiological Characteristics of the Main Stem Function Leaves of Cotton

Abstract:Using insect-resistant transgenic Bt varieties materials, applying plowing, rotary tillage, direct drilling on the senescence physiological characteristics of the main cotton Xinmian 33B and Nongdamian No. 6 as test as treatments, the effects of different tillage treatments stem function leaves of cotton were studied. The results showed that the sequence of the contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll of the main treatments was plowing 〉 rotary tillage 〉 direct drilling, and that of content of MDA tillage 〉 plowing. It indicated that plowing was propitious to delay the senescence of the the feasible tillage treatment of cotton cultivation. stem leaf of different tillage was direct drilling 〉 rotary main stem leaf, and it was the feasible tillage treatment of cotton cultivation.
