0．1％噻苯隆可溶性液剂对甜瓜产量和品质的影响

在永甜7号甜瓜开花的当天，分别用有效成分用量0（清水，CK）、2、4、6和8mg／kg的0．1％噻苯隆可溶性液剂进行浸瓜胎处理，研究了药剂不同施用浓度对甜瓜坐瓜率、裂瓜率、产量和品质的影响，并筛选出了用于甜瓜浸瓜胎的噻苯隆适宜施用浓度。结果表明：用0．1％噻苯隆浸瓜胎对甜瓜生长安全，其适宜浸瓜胎的施用浓度为6mg／kg。该浓度处理下，甜瓜虽然有少量裂瓜（裂瓜率1．72％），但坐瓜率、单瓜重和产量明显提高，3项指标值分别为96．67％、447．80g和6490．32kg／hm2；且品质得到有效改善，虽然Vc含量显著降低，但可溶性固形物含量明显提高且达到最大值（9．15％），可滴定酸含量（0．082％）明显降低，可溶性糖含量（63．429mg／g）也有所增加。

Effect of 0. 1% Thidiazuron Soluble Liquid Agent on the Yield and Quality of Muskmelon

In the concentration, although fruit-cracking rate was 1.72%, the fruit-setting rate, single fruit weight and yield were all significantly increased than CK, they were 96. 67%, 447.80 g and 6 490. 32 kg/hm2, respectively, and the quality of muskmelon was improved, although the Vc content decreased significantly, the soluble solids content was significantly increased and reached the highest （9. 15%）, the titratable acid content （0.082%） was significantly decreased, and the soluble sugar content （63.429 mg/g） was also increased.
