| 摘 要： | 基于协同效应理论，通过对林业产业链的系统结构及特征，以及林业产业链系统演化中的各种冲突分析，认为林业产业链协同效应的实现途径是业务多元化、业务单位之间具有较高的相关性、不同的企业必须以某种方式连接为一个群体。最后得出林业产业链需要通过技术创新联盟机制、经营价值均衡机制和知识共享机制共同作用来实现协同效应的结论。
