摘    要:目的]研究简便易行的拟南芥种子发芽方法。方法]以哥伦比亚生态型拟南芥种子为材料进行诱变处理后统计种子发芽率。结果]结果表明,种子诱变处理发芽后,在白色的滤纸上,无论是发芽的幼苗还是没有发芽的种子,都可以非常清楚地看到。结论]该方法克服了常规发芽方法的缺点,能够很方便地计算出种子的发芽率。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the easy and operational methods of Arabidopsis seeds.Method]Arabidopsis seeds were taken for the materials ,and after mutation treatment,the germinating capacity was calculated.Result]The results showed that on white filter paper,not only the seedlings could be seen clearly,but also the seeds which hadn't germinated.Conclusion]The shortcomings of common methods were overcomed.The germinating capacity could be easily calculated by this method.
