摘    要:为了研究重金属汞对外生菌根真菌钾素吸收的影响,以4种外生菌根真菌(Pisolithus tinctorius715和Lactar-ius deliciosus的3个株系)为材料,在4种汞浓度处理0,5,50,150μmol/L的Pachlewski液体培养基中培养3周,测定它们的生物量和菌丝中钾含量。结果表明,4种供试菌种间的生物量差异显著,而不同汞浓度处理对各供试菌种的生物量变化无显著影响;4种供试菌种间的钾含量差异显著,不同汞浓度处理对各供试菌种菌丝中的钾含量变化影响也显著。

Abstract:Four ectomycorrhizal fungi strains were cultured in Pachlewski liquid medium with four different mercury concentration for three weeks to study the effects of mercury stress on potassium absorption and biomass of ectomycorrhizal fungi by measuring their biomass and potassium content.The results show that there is significant difference in biomass between four tested fungi strains,but the different mercury stress has no significant effect on biomass of four tested fungi strains,and there is significant difference in potassium content between four tested fungi strains and the different mercury stress has the significant effect on potassium content in hypha of tested fungi strains.
