| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对211匹玉树马血清酯酶的多态性进行了研究。结果表明：（1）被检玉树马血清酯酶的多态性受ES^F,ES^I和ES^S3个等位的基因控制，以ES^I为优势等位基因（0.500）；（2）血清酯酶基因座的基因杂合度为0.5520，群体间基因分化系数很小（ 0.33%）。

| Abstract: | Yushu horses were used to investigate the polymorphism of serum esterase by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results were as follows: (l )The polymorphism of serum esterase was controlled by three alleies-ESF, ES1 and ESS and the ES1 gene was a preponderant allele (0. 500) in the Yushu horses examined. (2 ) The gene heterozygosity was 0. 5520 on the locus of serum esterase. The gene differentiation coefficient among populations was very small(0. 33 % ). |
