摘    要:采用快中子不同剂量(0~38.634 Gy)辐射巫溪红三叶种子,观测其对种子发芽率、根长、芽长、出苗率和株高的影响.结果表明:发芽率和根长与辐射剂量呈负相关,芽长与辐射剂量呈正相关;低辐射剂量(6.608~23.86 Gy)可促进红三叶根芽生长,提高幼苗出苗率和株高,但抑制发芽率.高辐射剂量(>38.634 Gy)对种子萌发、根长茎长生长、出苗率和株高均有一定抑制作用.辐射剂量为14.432 Gy时,对巫溪红三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长均有良好的促进作用.

Abstract:After being radiated with different dosage(0 to 38.634 Gy) of fast neutron,seed germination rate and growth characteristic of Wuxi red clover were observed.The result showed that,bud length and radiation dosage were positively correlated,but germination rate and root length were negatively correlated with the radiation dosage.Lower radiation dosage(6.608 to 23.86 Gy) promoted root length and bud length,germination rate and plant height,but prohibited seed germination.Higher radiation dosage(>38.634 Gy) proh...
