摘    要:通过水培和沙培盆栽试验方法,选用抗低磷胁迫能力差异较大的二倍体材料品14(低抗性)、四倍体材料品17(中等抗性)、三倍体材料品20(高抗性)3种类型的甜菜基因型材料,进行了低磷胁迫对甜菜根系生理活性影响的研究.试验表明:1)低磷胁迫条件下,3种不同基因型甜菜根系H ]分泌量均有所增加,增加的量随培养时间显著增加.并且与种质的抗磷胁迫能力大小一致;2)不同基因型甜菜受磷胁迫时,近根区pH变化因基因型而异,抗性最强的品20在短期无磷和长期低磷时近根区pH均显著低于其他2个材料;3)磷胁迫改变了甜菜根系的吸收活力,并主要通过根系比表面体现,抗性较弱的品14和品17反应很小,抗性较强的品20增幅在8%~10%.

Abstract:Three kinds of sugarbeet genotypes with different resistant abilities to P stress were conducted to investigate the effects of P deficiency on physiological activities of different sugarbeet genotype roots by the method of sand culture outdoor natural condition and hydroponic culture in growth chambers respectively.
