| 摘 要： | 介绍了"烟叶收购流程再造"试点工作的实施,分析了"烟叶散叶收购"模式(简称LTLP模式)的创新探索。结论表明,"烟叶散叶收购"模式能提高烟叶收购质量、全面实现数字化收购、促进工商互动、加强多方紧密合作、提高烟叶经济性状指标。最后对散叶收购存在的问题及下一步工作进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The article introduced implementing pilot work named as reengineering of tobacco leaves purchasing process, analysed innovation of the model loose tobacco leaves purchasing(abbr. LTLP model). The resulted showed that the LTLP model was useful to improving the grade uniformity of tobacco purchased and tobacco economic indicators, to realizing digital purchase completely, to promoting industrial and commercial interaction, and to strengthening multilateral close cooperation.
