抗菌耐磨实木复合地板的性能分析

摘    要:本文对一种经过纳米无机银类抗菌材料和纳米TiO2光催化剂处理的抗菌耐磨实木复合地板的抗菌性能和耐磨性能进行了检测和分析。结果表明,经处理的产品能够抑制室内常见的金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠杆菌的繁殖,同时对“黑曲霉”有防霉和灭菌的效果,且其表面耐磨性高于实木地板和实木复合地板。

Abstract:A new kind of parquet, overlaid with alumina faced paper, was presented in this paper. The paper was impregnated with melamine resin. While some nanometer crystalline titania and nano-inorganic silver antimicrobial compound was added into the melamine resin, it was found that the parquet overlaid with the impregnated paper showed good resistances to staphylococcus, (Escherichia) coli and aspergillus niger. Its wear resistance was also better than the common (solid-wood) flooring and laminated wood floorings.
