磁场对棕壤过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:探讨磁场处理棕壤后,土壤中过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的动态变化。以棕壤为供试土壤,研究不同磁场强度(0、100,300,500mT)磁处理土壤后,对土壤过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的影响。棕壤风干土经磁场处理后,100和300mT磁场强度促进了过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性,磁致效应为正效应。磁处理后的28d内,500mT磁场处理抑制了棕壤过氧化氢酶的活性,仅在培养的第14天,500mT处理过氧化物酶活性高于对照,比对照增加34.50%;棕壤湿土经磁处理后第1天,100mT对过氧化氢酶活性表现出正效应,300mT和500mT处理对湿土的过氧化氢酶无明显影响,磁处理后的7~28d,磁处理后过氧化氢酶活性比对照均增加。磁场处理土壤后的28d,各处理过氧化物酶活性与对照相比均增加。低磁场对过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性有促进作用,但是不同场强的磁致效应有所差异。100mT场强处理对两种酶活性均为促进作用,而500mT场强处理对过氧化氢酶活性有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:The effects of magnetic field on the catalase(CAT) and peroxydase(POD) activities were studied by using the brown earth as the sample to discuss the effects of magnetic field on CAT and POD activities,which are treated by different magnetic treatment(0,100,300,500mT).After the magnetic treatment,100 and 300mT magnetic treatment accelerate the CAT and POD activities in air dried brown earth.500mT magnetic treatment decreased the CAT activity during the 28d,but it increased the POD activity on the 14d,and the activity increased 34.50% than CK.Each magnetic treatment has accelerated CAT activity from 7d to 28d.And the POD activity was increased after the treatment.Low magnetic field promoted the enzyme activities,100mT magnetic treatment has accelerated both of the two enzyme activities,but 500 mT magnetic treatment on CAT activity had certain inhibitory action.
