| 摘 要： | 通过调查了解甘肃省油菜主产区油菜的品种、类型及加工工艺并按照国家标准方法分析测定了各地菜籽饼代表性样品中异硫氰酸盐及口恶唑烷硫酮的含量，得出我省主要地区菜籽饼含毒量的结果，并依据国家饲料卫生标准对菜籽饼品质及在畜禽日粮中的应用做出了评估。

| Abstract: | The variety, type and processing method of rape cake in mainproducing areas of Gansu province was investigated, the isothiocyanates andoxazolidinethione contents in rape cake samples in these areas were analyzed.The quality and usage in animal ration of rape cake were evaluated on the baseof Chinese feedstuffs sanitation standard. |
