红江橙实生群体的遗传鉴定及其嵌合机理的初步研究

摘    要:以红江橙不同类型的基因组DNA为模板,从多对SSR引物中筛选出能鉴别红江橙不同类型的引物,进而对其实生后代进行遗传鉴定,并用ISSR标记、RAPD标记加以验证.结果表明,红江橙各类型的实生后代叶片DNA组扩增后的电泳图谱均与橙型果的类似,而与红肉橙、橘变果的不同;橙型果可能已经分离为性状稳定的黄肉橙型果,而红肉嵌合体、橘变果可能仍为嵌合状态,其L 2层成分均为橙.

Abstract:The SSR primers pairs which be able to generate distinct DNA fragments be screened out from 22 primer pairs,using the genomic DNA templates of different types Citrus siensis Osbeck cv.' Hongjiang'.Genetic identification be done for seedlings of different types using these primers,and the results identified ISSR markers,RAPD makers.It be found that electrophoregrams of all seedlings leaves genome DNA amplified and fresh yellow color of aurantium type's were similar,but the fresh red color of aurantium type and variant of microacrumen type are different;The character of fresh yellow color of aurantium type was already stabilized possibly,But the others are still chimeric,the ingredient of L 2 level was orange.
