小麦异源(黑麦)重组系酯酶同工酶分析

摘    要:本文以导入黑麦异源基因的多小穗小麦新材料10-A,组配的三交组合10-A/88-1643//川育12号后代中选育的71个重组系及其亲本为供试材料,取幼穗进行了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明,重组系的酯酶同工酶带多态性很高。根据酶带,可分重组系为10-A型、88-1643型和重组型三种类型,未出现川育12号类型。E6酶带的差异可以反映抽穗期和小穗数的差异,E9酶带的差异可以反映穗粒数和千粒重的差异,可将这两条带作为主要育种目标性状选育的特征带。文中还对小麦异源(黑麦)重组系同工酶谱的多态性以及三个亲本与黑麦酶带的关系进行了分析。

Abstract:Seventy one wheat-rye recombinant lines, derived from the triple cross of mutispiklet wheat line 10-A with 88-1643 and chuanyu 12,and their parents, were used to investigate the Esterase Isoenzyme. There existed polymorphism among these recombinant lines.The Esterase Isoenzyme pattern of these lines can be divided into 3 types, 10-A type ,88-1643 type,and recombinant type and no chuanyu 12 type was found. The isoenzyme band variance in E6 may result in difference in heading date and mutispikelet number per spike,and in E9 may cause difference in 1000-grain weight and grain number per spike .The selecting of major breeding characters can be assistant by these two bands. On the paper, the Esterase Isoenzyme polymorphism among these recombinant lines and the relationship of 10-A,88-1643 and chuanyu 12 with rye were studied.
