| 摘 要： | 对钳夹式、挠性圆盘式和吊杯式3种栽植器的主要参数进行了计算,分析了移栽机前进速度、栽植频率和株距3者的关系,推导出了零速投苗的条件、传动比与株距调节表达式,并对3种栽植器的工作过程及特点进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The dry land planting in China is widespread and very important.There are two ways in the dry land planting,the direct seeding and the seedling transplanting.However,manpower transplanting cannot realize the large area planting.To realize the large area planting it is necessary to use transplanter,but the transplant unit is the key part by transplanter.In this paper the basic calculation about the clamps type,the flexibile disk type and the hang cup type was carried out,the relations between the move speed,the planting frequency and the planting spacing were analyzed,the condition of seedling-throwing at zero speed,the equations of transmission ratio and the planting spacing were drawn,the work processes and the characteristics of the transplant units were analyzed and the basis for selection the transplant units and calculation the parameter were provided. |
