蜂花粉多糖对肉鸡生产性能及免疫性能的影响

摘    要:用蜂花粉多糖作为饲料添加饲喂肉鸡,实验分两组。蜂花粉多糖以0.2%的比例饲养的作为A组,也就是试验组,B组为空白对照组,在相同的环境下一同饲养。定期测定两组鸡的生产性能和免疫性能指标。结果表明,第4周末,A组与B组的周龄重差异不显著,第8周末,A组周龄重显著高于B组的周龄重。A试验组的料重比低于B组,可以节约饲料2.5%。A组的屠宰率,胸肌率,腿比率,半净膛率,全净膛率与B组相比都差异不显著。第4、6和8周龄时A组血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和球蛋白/白蛋白等指标与B组都差异不显著。第6周龄和第8周龄时A组的胸腺指数、法氏囊和肾脏指数都与对照组相比差异显著,蜂花粉多糖作为饲料喂肉鸡可以提高免疫器官指数。

Abstract:This experiment used honeybee pollen polysaccharide as feed additive to feed the meat fowl which were divided into two groups, 0.2% honeybee pollen polysaccharide was added to the diet for the test group A,B was the control group. Both were fed under the same condition. The productive and immune performance were measured. The result showed no significant difference between group A and group B in the average body weight by the end of week 4,but the average body weight of group A was significant higher than that of group B by the end of week 8.During the whole experimental period, the feed conversion rate of group A was lower than that of group B, which saved feed by 2.5% compared with the control group. The result show no significant difference between group A and group B in slaughter percentage, breastmeat percentage, thigh percentage, semi-eviscerated percentage and eviscerated percentage. The contents of total albumen, albumin, globulin, globulin/albumin in serum showed no significant difference between group A and group B in week 4,6 and 8. There were significant differences in thymus index, indexs of bursal and thymus between group A and B in week 6 and 8. Honeybee pollen polysaccharide as feed additive for meat fowl increased immune performance.
