摘    要:对6类不同岩性发育的土体上11年生杉木土壤微生物区系进行研究,结果表明,6类土体上杉木土壤微生物的组成无明显差异,经鉴定有细菌8个属、真菌6个属和放线菌2个属;6类土体上杉木土壤微生物的数量随季节发生变化,根外土壤与根际土壤之间以及微生物各类群之间的变化呈不同的趋势;土壤微生物的数量之间有明显差异,石英砂岩〉玄武岩〉第四纪红色黏土〉长石石英砂岩〉煤系硅质砂页岩〉变余砂岩;而在微生物总量中,则均以细菌的数量占优势,达到90%以上。

Abstract:The soil microflora for planting 11-year-old Cunninghamia lanceolata on 6 types of soil bodies with different lithologies were studied.The results showed the soil microbial composition of Cunninghamia lanceolata on 6 types of soil bodies had no obvious difference.And eight genera of bacteria,six genera of fungi and two genera of actinomyces were identified.The quantities of microbe on six types of soil changed with seasons.The changes of microbe quantities in the non-rhizosphere were different from that in ...
