| 摘 要： | 应用改良的甲苯胺蓝染色法观察空怀期黑白花奶牛乳腺内肥大细胞分布,结果显示,乳腺肥大细胞具有明显的区域性差异,分布于小叶间结缔组织中的肥大细胞称为小叶间肥大细胞,分布于小叶内的肥大细胞称小叶内肥大细胞。

| Abstract: | This experiment was designed to investigate the distributive pattern of mast cellsin mammary gland of nonpregnant dairy cow with employment of modified toluidine bluestaining method. It was shown that a remarkable regional difference on distributive patternof mast cells existed in bovine mammary gland. Mast cells scattering themself in interlobarconnective tissue were named as interlobar mast cell while the others in intralobar tissue werereferred to as intralobar mast cell. |
