摘    要:对甘蔗愈伤组织分化过程中的内源激素进行了测定,分析,结果表明:甘蔗愈伤组织分化过程中,伴随愈伤口分化过程中的变化,内源激素发生一系列的变化,IAA的强烈合成与胚性细胞的发生相联系,当胚性细胞大量发生时,IAA的合成达到峰值,当CTK达到峰值时,分化苗大量发生,而GA1 3的合成和分化苗的长高密切相关,GA1 3在分化20d才达到峰值,分化20d后,各种内源激素含量下降并趋向稳定。

Abstract:The levels of endogenous hormones in sugarcane were monitored and analyzed in the course of callus differentiation and shoot regeneration. The results showed that active synthesis of IAA was associated with the induction of embryonic cells and IAA synthesis reached its maximum when a great number of embryonic cells were induced. The occurrence of the maximum of CTK coincided with that of differentiated shoots. The synthesis of GA 1+3 was found to be closely related to the growth in height of the regenerated shoots and reached its maximum 20 days after shoot differentiation. Thereafter, the contents of various endogenous hormones declined and gradually became stable.
