Analysis of the Forms of Individual Financial Transaction and Conduct of Investment

There is a clear explanation of the formation of individual financial capacity and the ways of management. From the individual conduct of financial transactions, two important problems about the irrationality of structure have been put forward: (1) Lacking enough support by policy in looking ahead; (2) Taking no consideration of the psychology of individual investors. Finally ,the paper stresses the necessity of setting up a scientific system for individual financial transactions.
