| 摘 要： | 针对节水灌溉工程投标方案多属性、多指标的特点,采用变异系数法结合灰色关联理论,通过计算评价方案与理想方案间的优属度,建立了投标方案优选模型.应用该模型对某节水灌溉工程投标方案进行优选,结果表明该模型计算简便,结果客观可靠,为节水灌溉工程投标方案优选提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the feature of the water-saving irrigation schemes with multi-attributes and multi-indexes,the variation coefficient method combining with the gray correlation theory is adopted to calculate the optimum degree between the evaluating scheme and the ideal one,and then a scheme optimization model for water-saving irrigation bid schemes is established.This model is applied to the optimization bid scheme selection of one water-saving irrigation project.The results show that this model has the advantage... |
