乳化复合液体维生素制备工艺的初步研究

摘    要:对维生素口服溶液剂制备工艺条件进行了筛选,并对所用乳化剂种类,助乳化剂用量和乳化温度进行考察。结果表明:对处方量的维生素采用12.5%的乳化剂OP-10,5%的稳定剂,乳化温度60℃,所制备的液体多维在4~25℃下12个月内无沉淀析出,外观颜色无明显改变,表明本制剂所制定的工艺路线可行,适合大批量生产。

Abstract:To optimize the preparation procedure for compound vitamins micro -emulsion. Affecting Factors including species of emulsifier,quantity of stabilizer and emulsifying temperature were studied. The results showed that the optimization conditions were :the concentration of emulsifier OP - 10 was 12.5%, the concentration of stabilizer was 5 %, and the emulsifying temperature was 60℃. In this condition, the preparation was stable at 4 - 25℃ for 1 year. There was no significant change in color and appearance, indicating that this method can be adopted for mass production.
