摘    要:以0202、0203等10个板栗(Castanea mollissima BL.)新品系花粉为材料,采用TTC染色法和固体培养基法2种方法,在不同条件下测定了其生活力。结果表明:固体培养基法测定各品系花粉萌发率明显高于TTC染色法,培养基中硼酸浓度为0.2%、培养时间为36 h时花粉的萌发率达到最大值。固体培养基法测定不同板栗品系间花粉生活力的差异很大,在44.9%~88.9%之间。

Abstract:With the method of TTC dyeing method and solid medium germination, pollen viabilities of 10 new strains of Chinese chestnut were measured under different conditions.The results showed that pollen germination rate with method of solid medium germination was obviously higher than that with method of TTC dyeing method; pollen germination rate reached the greatest value with the condition of 0.2% boric acid for 36 h.
