| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨亚硒酸钠（Na2SeO3）对枸杞体内维生素含量的影响。方法]采用盆栽试验,将枸杞随机分为3组：对照组、低硒组和高硒组,每组10株。低硒组1 kg土壤施0.5 mgNa2SeO3,高硒组1 kg土壤施2.0 mgNa2SeO3。分别于出芽期和结果期各施肥1次。结果]Na2SeO3能够提高枸杞VA、VE、VB1、VB2、VC和VPP以及β-胡萝卜素的含量。而且随着Na2SeO3浓度的提高,枸杞体内VA、VE和VB1、VB2、VC、VPP以及β-胡萝卜素的含量随之增加。结论]Na2SeO3能够提高枸杞维生素的含量,从而提高枸杞的药用价值和保健价值。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effects of Na_2SeO_3 on the contents of vitamins of Lycium barbarum. Method] Lycium barbarums were randomly divided into three groups : control group, low selenium group and high selenium group. Each group contained 10 Lycium barbarums. Na_2SeO_3 concentrations were respectively 0.5 mg and 2.0 mg in low selenium group and high selenium group. Na_2SeO_3 was used twice at burgeon time and fructification time. Result] Na_2SeO_3 can increase the contents of V_A, V_E, V_(B1), V_(B2), V_C, V_(PP) and β-carotene of Lycium barbarum. With the addition of concentration of Na_2SeO_3, the contents of vitamins were increased. Conclusion] Na_2SeO_3 can increase the contents of vitamins of Lycium barbarum. So it can enhance Lycium barbarum's the officinal and hygienical function. |
