Abstract:As part contribution of Global of Isotope in Precipitation(GNIP),the stable isotopic compositions in precipitation at Urumqi during 1986-2003 were analyzed.The results showed that the δD/δ18O ratio is 7.10,and the comparison with other domestic regions demonstrated its arid characteristics.The analysis of exD,water vapor transport and precipitation line suggested the kinetic fractionated process domains in precipitation condensation;the westerly belt is the major vapor transmission carrier and its seasonal changes has a direct influence on the variability of the water vapor flux divergence and exD.The δ18O-T ratio of 0.39 ‰ ℃-1 was also observed and there isn't an obvious precipitation effect.
