| 摘 要： | 2005年6月,湖北某地耕牛暴发疫病,26头发病牛死亡14头,死亡牛以犊牛为主.经取病料分离、培养、纯化,接种小白鼠,挑纯培养菌落和取试验动物脏器检验,革兰氏染色镜检为革兰氏阴性短杆菌.用BioMerieux ATB全自动细菌鉴定仪,使用ID 32E肠杆菌鉴定条、ID 32 GN革兰氏阴性菌鉴定条,鉴定为大肠埃希氏杆菌;大肠杆菌O抗原血清因子试验鉴定为O9型、O101型大肠杆菌.取ATB VET药敏条进行药敏试验,结果36种抗生素11种敏感.根据流行病学、临床症状、实验室检测等综合诊断,此次疫情确定为牛败血型大肠杆菌病.

| Abstract: | In June,2005,an epidemic disease occurred in Hubei province,and 26 cattle infected and 14 cattle died.Bacterioscopy demonstrated that the bacterium was G-short bacillus.With the BioMerieux ATB expression,the bacterium was identified Escherichia coli.It was identified serotype O9 and O101 using the E.coli O-Agserumfactor experimentation.The medicine sensitive experiment showed that it was sensitive to the 11 kind of 36 antibiotics.According to epidemiology,clinical symptom and laboratory examination,this epidemic was diagnosed cattle-septicaemic-E.coli disease. |
