| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展和新农村建设的推进,中央和各级地方财政对"三农"的支出逐年增加,财政支农资金的使用效益直接关系到我国新农村建设的进程,所以财政支农资金使用效益也引起社会的广泛关注.在分析了我国财政支农现状的基础上,针对其利用效益低下的原因提出了对策和建议.
