| 摘 要： | 安祖花为一种名贵的观赏花卉，在北方栽培过程中存在败育的现象，影响了安祖花繁育种工作的开展，本研究对安祖花的小孢子和雄配子体的发育过程进行了详细的观察，试图从小孢子发育的角度来探讨败育的原因，为安祖花的繁育工作提供理论依据。本文利用常规石蜡切片技术和电镜技术进行观察，结果表明：花药壁的发育属于基本型，绒毡层细胞属于腺质绒毡层，成熟的花粉粒为2-细胞型，雄配子体在成熟花粉粒发育到二细胞花粉时，约有90%的细胞出现发育异常的现象。结论：安祖花的小孢子在发生过程中未见异常，败育是由于雄配子体发育不良所导致。 |
