北京地区设施中芍药灰霉病的研究

摘    要:芍药进入设施栽培后,常发生一种枝叶枯萎现象,危害严重。为明确病害发生原因,了解发病规律,笔者对北京地区设施栽培的芍药枝叶枯萎现象进行定期观察。通过分离培养、病原菌形态特征和寄主范围测定,鉴定该病为芍药灰霉病,其病原菌为半知菌亚门葡萄孢属灰葡萄孢Botrytis cinerea Pers.。研究表明,该菌生长产孢的温度范围是4~28℃,最适合的温度范围是16~24℃;pH 2~11范围都可以生长,最适的pH范围是3~5,pH为2时不能产孢;光照对菌落生长和产孢影响显著,给予一定光照有利于菌丝生长,黑暗有利于产孢,连续光照下不能产生孢子。

Abstract:When moved under protected cultivation,the herbaceous peony often suffers from a leaf and branch wilt,causing serious damage. In order to clarify the causes and understand the occurrence regularity of the disease,the author regularly observed the occurrence of the disease.
