培育刺玫月季新品种的初步研究(Ⅴ)——部分亲本与杂种抗黑斑病能力的研究

摘    要:本项研究的主要目的是确定在培育刺玫月季新品种中所用的部分亲本与杂种的抗黑斑病的能力.研究的方法是通过对离体叶片进行人工接种后培养,观察其感病过程,并进行统计.再综合对照植株在露地的发病率,提出确定植株抗黑斑病等级的数量化模型,筛选出抗性较强的亲本及杂种.文中还对月季育种中的有关抗黑斑病的问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:This paper deals with the rose blackspot resistance of 26 parent plants and their hybrid seedlings. The experimental methods adopted were leaf disk and statistics pathogensis percentages in the cultivated field A mathematical model for evaluating rose blackspot resistance is proposed. Post screening showed most resistant roses to be as follows. R, primula Bouleng.; R.xanthina f.normalis Lindl.. R.hugonis Hemsl.. R.platyacantha Schrenk, R.chinensis Jacq.. 'Queen Elizabeth' ; 'Queen Elizabeth' xR. hugonis-8834. 8601; 'Qiushui Furong' xR. primula-8807; 'Qiushui Furong' × (R. primulax 'Zaoxia' ) -8816; 'Mount Shasta' × (R. primulax 'Zaoxia' ) -8821. Some problems of rose blackspot resistance in rose breeding are discussed.
