395型柴油机进气系统的改进

摘    要:针对395型柴油机进气涡流弱、充气效率较低的缺点,作者对原进气道进行改进,得到了一个高涡流的新气道,并采用优化设计的方法设计高次方型新进气凸轮,用一维不稳定流动模型进行了充气效率的对比计算。试验结果表明,进气系统的改进对改善柴油机的性能起到了重要作用。

Abstract:The experimental results of a 395 model of diesel engine show that the inlet swirl ratio and the inlet efficiency are very low. Based on the original engine inlet port, the new port was modified to improve its swirl ratio. As a result of optimization, a new inlet cam with high degree polynomial cam profile was designed, and the inlet valve timing was changed. Also, the inlet efficiency of engine with a one dimensional unsteady flow model and the dynamic behavior of valve gear with the new cam were calculated. The results show that the new cam can meet the demand of the 395 model of diesel engine. The test results show that the improved inlet system has an active effect on engine performance.
