斑点叉尾鮰病原细菌的分离鉴定及系统发育分析

摘    要:用传统的微生物学分离培养方法从斑点叉尾鮰的鳃、肠和肝等器官共分离到16株可疑病原菌(编号为WJ01~WJ16),以提取的基因组DNA为模版,扩增出约600bp大小的16S rDNA片段,测序分析表明:与GenBank数据库中的已知序列相比,16株细菌中有9株同源性在98%以上,5株在95%以上,2株为92%。系统发育分析表明这16株细菌明显的聚为3支。

Abstract:Sixteen strains of suspicious pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the branchias, intestines and livers of Ictalurus Punctatus with the tranditional microbiology method. Used the isolated genome DNA as the templet, about 600bp fragments of 16S rDNA of sixteen strains were amplified by PCR methold. The sequences analysis indicated that the similarity value of nine strains of the sixteen bacteria are 98%~100%, five are 95%~97% and two are 92%, by comparing the 16S rDNA sequences of the isolated strains with the relative bacteria species in the GenBank database. The phylogenetic analysis showed that the sixteen strains of bacteria obviously assembled three branches.
