沙棘微扦插快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:本实验选用沙棘杂雄优一号进行了一系列关于比较不同激素,激素不同浓度,不同处理方法,不同基质,不同插穗长度对沙棘微扦插成活率的影响的有关试验,目的在于探讨提高沙棘微扦插成活率的基本条件,找出最佳的组合方案.试验结果表明GGR6号处理的沙棘插穗,沙棘微扦插一叶一芽、二叶二芽、三叶三芽、四叶四芽成活率分别为50%、66.67...
