水稻粳型亲籼系籼粳型属性的程氏指数鉴定

摘    要:为了提高鉴定粳型亲籼系籼粳型属性的准确性,用程氏指数鉴定了待测粳型亲籼系及其杂交后代的籼粳型属性。结果表明:用程氏指数鉴定粳型亲籼系的籼粳型属性的结果准确率较高,且年度间和季度间的稳定性好;偏粳型品种与籼型或偏籼型品种杂交,其F1多为籼型和偏籼型。用程氏指数法从15个待测粳型亲籼系中鉴定出1个粳型品系和4个偏粳型品系。另外,秧苗的KClO3抗性可作为鉴定粳型亲籼系籼粳型属性的一个指标,改良程氏指数能提高鉴定粳型亲籼系籼粳型属性的准确性。

Abstract:In order to discriminate the characteristics of the indica compatible japonica lines (ICJLs) in rice ( Oryza sativa L.) exactly.The japonica characteristics of candidate ICJLs in rice and their F 1 hybrids were identified by Cheng's indexes. The results are as follows: the results of the japonica discrimination ofICJLs by means of Cheng's index are basically correct; and the results in different years and seasons are steady. The F 1 hybrids between the quasi japonica lines and the indica or quasi indica lines mainly belong to indica and quasi indica type.One of 15 candidate ICJLs is grouped into japonica and four candidate ICJls are grouped into quasi japonica lines by Cheng's index. The KClO 3 resistance of seedlings can be used as the good japonica discrimination index of ICJLs. The japonica discrimination of ICJLs identified by the improved Cheng's index is more exact than that by Cheng's index.
