| 摘 要： | 农村居民点整理是土地整理的一项重要内容,其关键之一是关于农村居民点整理潜力的测算。在传统测算方法的基础上,学者们进行了广泛的探究,提出了多种新的测算方法和思路,通过对这些测算方法和思路的分析汇总发现,目前农村居民点整理潜力测算方法存在有4化的发展特征,随后提出了对农村居民点整理潜力的程序化测算流程的思考,对于农村居民点整理工作效率的提高和操作性的增强具有参考作用。
