摘    要:为弄清水稻在不同稻瘟菌毒素处理下的生理反应,探索快速、简便地检测水稻材料稻瘟病抗性的方法,利用不同浓度稻瘟菌的粗毒素对冈优725离体水稻叶片进行处理,分析过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白(SP)的变化.结果表明,不同的毒素浓度对水稻离体叶片的防御酶系有明显的影响,SOD和POD在毒素处理下均表...
