锌肥对花生生理特性、产量及品质的影响

摘    要:在大田试验条件下研究了锌肥对花生生理特性及产量品质的影响。结果表明,施用锌肥促进了花生的营养生长,增加了干物质积累量;提高了叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率,增加了叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量。施锌提高了花生产量,增加了籽仁脂肪和蛋白质的含量。其中施锌量为30kg/hm2时,花生产量最高,增产幅度达7.52%,其增产原因是增加了单株结果数,提高了果重。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the effects of different zinc applications on physiological characteristics,yield and quality of peanut.The results showed that peanut vegetative growth promoted,dry mass per plant,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate raised,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catlase(CAT)increased and malondialdeyde(MDA)content decreased with the zinc application.The Zn treatment increased total pod weight because of the increase of pod weight and pod number of per plant.The Zn treatment increased the content of fat and protein in peanut kernel.It was suggested that 30kg/ha Zn application gave the highest yield and good quality of the peanut seed.
