枫香叶挥发油提取工艺及成分分析

摘    要:以挥发油的出油量为考查指标,采用正交设计筛选粉碎度、浸泡时间、提取时间的最佳组合方式优化枫香叶挥发油的提取工艺.采用GC-MS法对挥发油进行成分分析.结果表明枫香叶挥发油提取的最佳工艺组合为打浆、不浸泡、蒸馏提取6h.从挥发油中共分离出51个色谱峰,鉴定出47个化合物,检出率为98.11%;其中萜类化合物30个,占挥发油总量的82.28%;脂肪族成分为14个,占挥发油总量的14.01%;芳香族成分为3个,占挥发油总量的1.82%.挥发油中主要成分为:β-蒎烯(21.18%)、α-蒎烯(20.70%)、(E)-2-已烯醛(7.64%)、柠檬烯(7.59%)、β-石竹烯(6.08%)等.
