黑龙江省生态农业发展实践的分析与对策

生态农业的发展有利于提高黑龙江省的农业生产水平和可持续发展的能力,提高农业生产的综合效益.黑龙江省的生态农业建设经历了二十余年的发展历程,获得了较大的外部性经济和社会效益,然而生态农业在地方经济发展中还未发挥应有的促动作用.在生态农业建设和发展中政府部门责任是重大的,不仅体现在宏观调控职能上,在生态农业知识普及、产业化扶持、生态农业产品的竞争力提高方面政府也需发挥应有的作用.

Analysis and Countermeasures of Ecological Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province

Development of ecological agriculture is contributed to improving the level of agricultural production,the capacity of sustainable development and the general agricultural benefits in Heilongjiang Province.Though the great economic and social benefits had been achieved with the development of ecological agriculture in forepassed two decades,ecological agriculture did not bring forth the enough stimulative influence on the local economic development in Heilongjiang.Governmental responsibility is very great in construction and development of ecological agriculture.Government should play the greater role in function of macro-control,popularization of ecological agricultural knowledge,industrialization of sustainment,and enhancement of competition ability of ecological agricultural production.
