摘 要: | 五味子是一种多功能、多用途的药食兼用型经济植物,近年来种植面积逐渐增加。但由于产量过剩和加工不足,导致五味子种植效益明显下滑。通过分析五味子的营养成分,介绍其综合利用情况,提出发展五昧子产业的建议,为解决当前存在的问题和未来产业发展提供参考。
