| 摘 要： | 通过样方法研究霸王岭及尖峰岭保护区内海南粗榧种群结构特征,共取样方24个,总调查面积为10 400m2。记录海南粗榧的胸径及高度等形态指标,并将海南粗榧按高度及胸径分为5级,以研究其种群结构特征。结果表明,2~3龄海南粗榧幼苗成活率很低,从而导致海南粗榧种群结构不稳定,Ⅴ级大树数量不多。通过其生物量和生物碱含量估算,推算出海南粗榧经济价值,就霸王岭和尖峰岭保护区内海南粗榧含高三尖杉酯碱这一项的经济价值来看,就约为225 107.4万元,其经济价值是相当可观的。因此保护好海南粗榧,做好海南粗榧的就地和迁地保护工作,对恢复和维护良好的海南粗榧种群结构,保护生物多样性,并且缓解市场上对三尖杉酯碱等的急切需求是非常必要的。 |
