摘    要:针对通用机床的夹具设计特点,利用VB语言构建了典型夹具案例库和夹具设计通用平台。平台数据库中的夹具零部件基于CATIA进行三维特征造型,采用参数化驱动模式,用户通过可视化人机交互界面可直接调用典型夹具的装配模型;也可利用夹具库内的零部件进行修改组装,并对夹具的定位和夹紧装置进行分析计算,从而实现快速完成专用夹具的设计。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of fixture design of general machine tools, a general platform of fixture design and a typical case library of fixture is established through taking advantage of VB language. The fixture parts that are in the database of platform are on the basis of 3D feature modeling of CATIA which has adopted the mode of parameter driving. Users can call the assembly model of typical fixture directly through the visual human-computer interaction interface; they also can modify and assemble the fixture parts, and then analyze and calculate both location and clamp device of fixture, to accomplish the special fixture design rapidly.
