毛竹等28个刚竹属竹种的AFLP分析

摘    要:利用AFLP分子标记技术对毛竹等28个刚竹属的竹种进行了遗传多样性分析,共筛选出14对多态性好、清晰度较高的引物组合,获得785个位点,其中多态性位点654个,占总位点的83.31%。利用POPGENE1.32软件对AFLP数据进行分析,结果表明,观测等位基因数为1.8303,有效等位基因数为1.4211,Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.2551,Shannon信息指数为0.3913,并根据遗传距离进行UPGMA聚类分析。

Abstract:Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 28 Phyllostachys bamboo species including Moso bamboo. Fourteen primer pairs with higher polymorphic were selected. 785 loci were examined for molecular variation and 654 loci were polymorphic, accounted for 83.31% of total loci. The AFLP data were analyzed using POPGENE1. 32 software, and the results showed as follows. The observed number of alleles was 1.8303; the effective number of alleles was 1.4211; the Nei ''s gene diversity index was 0.2551; Shannon information index was 0.3913, and the 28 bamboo species were divided according to the UPGMA cluster analysis.
