| Abstract: | In this article the elementary poit of view and understanding for solving water problems were put forward according to analysis of the characteristic of water resources and the problems existing in its development and utilization. And the concept of Ecology can maintain available water volume was expounded and also was advised general thinking and arrangement of basic facilities of Xinjiang water conservancy construction in the overal development in the west of China in the new period. |
