摘    要:建立了未衍生毛细管气相色谱法直接测定金思力胶囊中α-亚麻酸含量的方法。结果表明,在0.541~109.7 ng,峰面积A与α-亚麻酸的质量m呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 7(n=7)。同一对照品溶液连续进样6次时,峰面积的相对标准偏差为1.21%。以S/N=3计算,方法的检出限为0.25 ng。被分析的金思力胶囊样品中α-亚麻酸的百分含量为4.29%(RSD=0.76%,n=5),平均回收率为101.3%(RSD=2.80%,n=5)。

Abstract:A determination method of α-linolenic acid in the capsule of Jinsili was developed with the underivatized capillary gas chromatography(GC).The result showed the calibration curve(A=4.792 1 m+47.815) was found to be linear over the range of 0.541~109.7 ng(r=0.9997,n=7) and the detection limit was 0.25 ng(S/N=3).The average recovery was 101.3% and their relative standard derivation(RSD) was 2.80%(n=5).When a same sample was analyzed for 6 times,the RSD of the area of the peak for α-linolenic acid was 1.21%.The percentage of α-linolenic acid in the determined capsule of Jinsili was 4.29%(RSD=0.76%,n=5).
